Ashley Hendrick

Ashley Hendrick met Jesus face to face on June 4, 2024.

Dear Ashley,

Your family tells us that you may have been small in stature, but your personality filled every room you entered. With your quick mind and incredible memory, you could watch a movie once and still quote its lines years later, something that always amazed the people around you.

They say you were a gifted writer who graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Literature. You cared deeply about others, especially those who were less fortunate, and your compassion for people—particularly the homeless—showed the size of your heart.

Your family remembers the simple things that brought you joy: watching your favorite shows like Jeopardy and Perry Mason, tending to your little garden, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen. Music was also a big part of your life, and your vinyl collection held everything from country and western to disco and classic rock and roll.

They say you never met a stranger. Wherever you were, conversations seemed to begin naturally because people were drawn to your warmth and spirit. Fun, vibrant, and always full of life, you had a way of making every gathering brighter.

Your family says you are deeply missed, but the joy, laughter, and love you shared will always remain in their hearts.

We can't wait for our reunion in Heaven.

Until then...

Ashley Hendrick, you are loved and never forgotten.

Much love,

Your First Touch Family
