Dear Aitana,

Your mom tells us that you were her precious baby girl, loved and cherished throughout the 40 weeks you spent growing in her tummy. Your due date was September 18, 2024, and on that very day, you came into this world—though your time here was far too short.

Your mom called you Gummy Bear, a sweet nickname that began when she first saw you and you were about the size of a gummy bear, bouncing and moving all around in her belly.

You brought so much joy into your mom’s life and changed her in the most beautiful way. She wanted to become a better person because of you and the love she already had for you.

You were born with a beautiful head full of dark black hair, weighing 8 pounds, 1.5 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.

Your mom says you remind her of a butterfly—free, beautiful, and peacefully flying wherever you want to go.

Aitana, you may have only been here for a short time, but you made an everlasting impact on your mommy’s heart.

Mommy misses you so much, babygirl.

We can't wait for our reunion in Heaven.
