Brennen Rushing

Brennen Rushing met Jesus face to face on October 28, 2021.

Dear Brennen,

Your family tells us how smart, funny, and hardworking you were, with a heart of gold. You never met a stranger, and your willingness to help others left a lasting impression on everyone who knew you. Your love for family and friends was evident in everything you did.

From a young age, you showed your competitive spirit—winning at card games and checkers, excelling at chess in high school, and enjoying Texas Hold’em as a young adult. Your dedication and determination extended into your involvement with the Walker County Fair and Rodeo and 4-H, where you showed lambs and goats and earned the WCFA Top Hand Award three times.

You played an instrumental role in establishing soccer at Alpha Omega Academy and were known as one of Mr. Don Johnson’s best Bible students. Following graduation, you honored your family’s legacy by working at Charlie’s Used Cars, carrying on the tradition of loyalty, integrity, and hard work.

Brennen, your warm smile, respect for others, and kindness made everyone your friend. You treated people with the love and care you wanted for yourself, leaving a legacy of compassion and integrity. Your love for the Lord shone through in all that you did, and your memory continues to inspire those who knew you.

You are deeply missed, Brennen.

We can’t wait for our reunion in Heaven!

Until then…

You are loved, Brennen Rushing and never forgotten.

Much love,

Your First Touch Family
