Jake Hammaker met Jesus face to face on April 6, 2020

"Jake the silliest and kindest person I know. He always went out of his way to help others. At the time of his passing he was studying to become a doctor. He was the baby of my three kids and we were inseparable when he was younger. He touched so many lives in his 26 years. Jake was an amazing human. Always giving of himself first. He is so very missed by his mom, dad, brother, sister, nieces, nephew and extended family." Love, Mom
