Dear Jake,

Your family tells us you were the kindest and silliest person they have ever known, always putting others before yourself. They remember how you touched so many lives with your laughter, your generosity, and the love you shared. As the baby of three children, you were inseparable from your mom when you were younger, and even as you pursued your dream of becoming a doctor, your heart remained focused on helping others.

In your 26 years, you made an incredible impact on everyone around you. You are deeply missed by your mom, dad, brother, sister, nieces, nephew, and extended family, and yet the joy, love, and kindness you shared continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew you.

We can't wait for our reunion in Heaven.
