Dear Kenny,

Your family tells us that your journey began when you moved to Houston at the age of eight, growing up in Spring and building the foundation for a life full of curiosity and achievement. After graduating from Westfield High School in 1989, you went on to attend The University of Texas, where you graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering.

They say your love for engineering shaped much of your life, opening doors for you to work in many cities and countries throughout your career. Your work eventually brought you back home to Houston with Woodside Energy, where you continued doing what you loved.

Your family remembers the beautiful life you built with Heather. After being friends since your freshman year of high school, the two of you married in 2001 and shared a life full of adventure, raising two wonderful children and traveling the world together through your work in the oil industry.

They say some of your happiest moments were the simple ones—spending time with your dogs, snowboarding, boating, tinkering in the garage, and exploring new places. But above all else, your greatest joy was always being with your beloved family.

Your family says the love you gave, the adventures you shared, and the life you built together will forever remain in their hearts.

We can't wait for our reunion in Heaven.
