Lori Guidry

Lori Guidry met Jesus face-to-face on August 27, 2022.

“My only child, my daughter, my best friend. As sick as she was, we laughed together, prayed together and cried together. I miss her so much but know there is no more pain for her.”

”Lori was born on July 1, 1977, in Houston, TX to Joseph and Connie Guidry. She attended Nimitz High School and graduated in 1995. During her 3 years at Nimitz, Lori excelled in FFA winning many awards for her prized turkeys and pigs and she was also an athletic trainer, which was her favorite accomplishment. She worked for Fisher Scientific in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative while attending Houston Baptist University on an Athletic Training Scholarship. It was during this time that she became extremely ill. Lori had many hobbies..traveling, painting, and collecting beautiful crosses but her favorite hobby was cooking and preparing family recipes. She knew the Lord and loved her Christian music. I miss her so much but no she is no longer in pain. I miss the laughs we had so often and her sweet hugs and kisses. She is enjoying being with those that have gone before her. I know we will meet again, what a wonderful homecoming. I can’t wait until our reunion in Heaven, until then…I Love You Sweet Pea 💞”
