Joshua Kerr Ogden
Joshua Kerr Ogden’s earthly experience ended on October 19, 2021 when he entered Heaven’s Gates in the arms of Jesus.
Joshua was born into a large family, and host of animals. He readily accepted all the chaos of a large family. He was at once entertained by it and not overcome by it. Josh would take part enthusiastically in family adventures or entertain himself within his vivid imagination.
He loved warm, sunny days, spending time soaking up nature, and playing or floating in the water. Joshua enjoyed creating and gaming. He had an easygoing temperament and exceptional intellect, which influenced his extraordinary wit. He had the wonderful ability to be very funny without being mean while wielding his phenomenal vocabulary in word play.
He devotedly and patiently loved his family; they were his whole world. Because of his gentle nature, Josh often exhibited a calming presence, by which he extended comfort to people and animals alike. He felt and expressed deep empathy towards the vulnerable. His family observed that the way he loved others exemplified the way of Jesus. J
Josh sincerely cared for his classmates and teachers. He lived his whole life as part of the Flour Bluff community. Joshua was an accomplished graduate of Flour Bluff High School and attended his entire academic career there, as part of: the Gifted & Talented program, the Choir program, the Engineering program, the University Prep program, and the Hornet Swim Team. In the last few months, Joshua was excited about his Game Technology program at Del Mar College and really enjoyed his classes and professors there.
A gentle, compassionate, empathetic soul. We wonder who you would be today.
We can’t wait for our reunion in heaven!
Until then…
You are loved, Joshua Kerr Ogden and never forgotten.
Much love,
Your First Touch Family
