Daniela Lute
Daniela (Dani) Lute met Jesus face-to-face on August 7, 2021.
Dear Dani,
Your parents have shared so much about you, and through their words, your light shines.
They tell us you were their only child—their heart, their joy, their angel on earth. You lived with a purpose beyond your years, pouring yourself into others through your work as a registered nurse. In just three short years, you had already saved countless lives. Your compassion and strength left a mark on everyone you cared for—and on everyone who loved you.
You died doing what you had always done: protecting others. That night, you were the designated driver. You made the responsible choice. You were keeping others safe. And yet, your life—and the life of your friend Diana—was stolen because someone else chose recklessness.
Your mom, Michelle, says she will never be the same. How could she be? Losing you changed everything. She misses your laugh, your hugs, your gentle spirit. You were her joy, her baby girl, and you still are.
She holds onto hope—the hope of seeing you again. “What a great day that will be,” she says. Until then, she will carry your legacy, speak your name, and fight for others in your honor.
She asks us all to remember:
Don’t drive distracted. Don’t drive impaired. EVER.
We can’t wait for our reunion in heaven.
Until then…
You are loved Daniela Lute, and never forgotten.
Much love,
Your First Touch Family
